★ Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a calm form of Yoga. By becoming aware of body and mind you can learn to relax, concentrate and balance. Focussing the attention inwards to seek the silence within yourself. To surrender and Be in the moment. The yoga classes are a mix of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (breathing exercizes) and meditation.

BE YOGA IN NATURE!
It is wonderful to do yoga outside! The nature helps to come into a natural relaxed state. Feeling the sun warmth and wind on your skin. Hearing birdsounds and water and when you open your eyes you are surrounded by the magnificant nature. We keep a 1,5 meter distance.
